Are the apartments serviced?

Our apartments are serviced before and after occupancy. However our maid service is available more frequently by arrangement.

What equipment is provided in each apartment and what must a I bring?

Our apartments are fully furnished and well equipped for comfortable self catering. Our kitchens are equipped for preparing stay at home meals or entertaining friends. Please find a list of equipment below:

  • Maid service by arrangement.

Is there Internet access available in each apartment?

All apartments have wireless modems, but internet data is not included. Data can be bought at the nearest MTN store.

Is there satellite TV / DSTV in each apartment?

Our apartments come standard with local TV channels. All apartment buildings are DSTV ready, but we do not have DSTV decoders in the apartments. If you would like to watch DSTV during your stay, please bring your own decoder and smart card.

Do the apartments have secure parking?

All units have secure parking which is either in the building or in a secure parking area. There is a option for a secure lock-up garage at 505 Doric.

Are any of the apartments situated on the beachfront?

No, but our Green Point apartments are within a twenty minute walk to the V&A Waterfront and a five minute drive to Mouille Point. The City apartments are 10 minutes away by car. The exact location of each apartment can be viewed on the map under each apartment listing.

Are there any shops nearby?

Yes, there are a number of shops, supply stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a short walk .

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. All of the apartments are situated on the “My Citi” bus route and there are metered taxicabs one block away.

What deposit is required to secure the booking and when is the balance payable?

We require a 30% deposit within 72 hours after you have received our confirmation email and agreement. The balance is due on or before your occupation date.

I am not a resident of South Africa. Can I pay by credit card?

Foreign payments may be made to us by credit card via a PayPal link or by arranging a bank transfer into our account.  Local payments may be made via a bank transfer.

Will my deposit be returned if I have to cancel the booking?

If you cancel your booking allowing us sufficient time to find a replacement tenant, your full deposit will be refunded less a handling charge not exceeding R300.
