The characteristic art deco floor to ceiling window has been retained as well as the original wooden parquet flooring. A staircase leads to the large bedroom on the mezzanine level. Below is the living room, open plan kitchen and full bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned and there is a data line for internet access. There is a swimming pool and gym for use by residents and safe parking in the building.

Mutual Heights is a world recognised Art Deco building in the heart of Cape Town, built in the 1930′s as an office block and refurbished as apartments in 2004.
