The characteristic art deco floor to ceiling window has been retained as well as the original wooden parquet flooring. A staircase leads to the large bedroom on the mezzanine level. Below is the living room, open plan kitchen and full bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned and there is a data line for internet access. There is a swimming pool and gym for use by residents and safe parking in the building.

Mutual Heights is a world recognised Art Deco building in the heart of Cape Town, built in the 1930′s as an office block and refurbished as apartments in 2004. It offers an ideal location for visitors interested in visiting the historical sites of Cape Town or for the business person looking for a home office in close proximity to the city’s business district and conference centre.
